The waitlist is currently at least 6 months. Joining the waitlist places you in a queue, and you'll be contacted when your slot is approaching.
Most clothing can be used, from uniforms and baby clothes to dresses and jumpers. Delicate fabrics are fine, and while really thick leather may sometimes be unsuitable, I try to accommodate as much as possible.
No. These keepsakes are sentimental items, not toys. They are made using fabrics provided by the customer, which have not been safety-tested for children, so they are not CE marked. They are intended to be cherished as keepsakes only.
If there's an item I don't use, I'll send it back. Cut-offs from the fabrics are not returned unless requested.
No. Each keepsake is bespoke and made from your clothing, so returns are not possible.
Currently, I only ship within the UK.
Gift vouchers are available, but are currently on hold due to high demand on the waitlist.
Payment is taken in full when your slot is confirmed. You don't pay when joining the waitlist.
Once creation begins, I can't refund as each keepsake is custom-made. Before your slot is confirmed, you are free to cancel.
